SUP Course – STAND UP PADDLE

WestWind offers courses and an introduction to this new type of water sport – Stand Up Paddle – the fastest growing water sport in the world
Stand Up Paddle is the fastest growing water sport in the world right now.
SUP is for all shapes and sizes – for example your whole family.
You’ll learn how to paddle and how to steer your board on a trip to the fjord with our guide.
SUP is a great form of exercise where you use your entire body, build your balance, and burn lots of calories.

SUP - Introductory course I

( 2 hours - 1 day )

Stand up paddle. 2 hours, the lesson consists of ½ hour of theory and 1½ hours in tranquil waters.  

Location: Vandet sø or Klitmøller bay.

Included in the course: Instructions, an SUP-board, paddle, and wetsuit

 

SUP - Beginners' course II(

( 2 hours - 1 day )

Stand up paddle. A follow up on the introductory course consisting of 2 hours in the North Sea with wave theory and info on currents.

Location: Klitmøller bay.

Included in the course: Instructions, an SUP-board, a paddle, and a wetsuit
